About the Institute

Lunch timeThe Institute was established as a missionary project in October 2005 by Pastor Paulo and several others who share his vision. It is located in the large 'Invasion' slum area of Campinas, Brazil. Today there are 120 children enrolled in the Institute with 200 more on the waiting list. Each child receives 3 meals a day, school tutoring, English and Christian Education classes, medical and dental assistance and the services of a psychologist. At present all of the services are provided by volunteers with financial support provided by the Assembly of God church in Campinas.

The Institute would like to obtain additional funding so that more children can be enrolled and the services can be expanded to include a pregnancy care center, a music project and a professional training center for parents. We encourage you to participate by sponsoring a child or supporting a particular aspect of the Institute.
